Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, and assist with make-ready efforts while upholding the property’s operational objectives.

Regular on-site attendance is required, including participation in on-call emergencies and maintaining accurate records of service requests and safety logs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and cosmetic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and pool facilities.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Assist with safety and OSHA compliance.
