You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, manage make-ready tasks, assist with inventory, and document tasks. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Performs make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Manages material access, inventory, and documentation for service requests.

Education
