Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety and overall functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and complete preventive maintenance in Beaverton, OR, with a focus on tenant-ready units and common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ability to complete make-ready work and inspections after tenant turnover.
• Ability to follow safety policies and manage basic paperwork for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code requirements.
• Perform make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedule related vendors as needed.
• Audit materials and inventory, and inform supervisor for re-ordering.
