Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Portland, OR to ensure buildings meet safety, cleanliness and functional standards. The role involves completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready prep for vacant apartments.

You will also handle inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support cost-control while following safety policies and training requirements. This is a full-time onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• State and local certifications as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates vendors, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-order needs.
