Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties in Eugene, OR. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete work orders, and help keep grounds and amenities safe and presentable.

Ideal candidates hold EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Greystar.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable).
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance on the property.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Manage materials, supplies, and inventory with the maintenance team; track usage and re-order as needed.
• Document service requests promptly and accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
