Zusammenfassung

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks across properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and supporting inventory and general upkeep. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-call requirements.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and organize the maintenance shop safely.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and requests; participate in on-call emergencies.
• Support in unit inspections and upkeep of office and common areas.
