Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to meet operating objectives.

You will participate in make-ready processes, maintain safety standards, keep accurate records, and respond to resident requests while upholding the company's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Carry out maintenance, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks per the property’s objectives.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain a safe, organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
