Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities nationwide. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with daily on-site attendance and a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety and Fair Housing/OSHA. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep properties in excellent condition and respond

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and log chemical records accurately.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and enforce safety policies.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked; assist turnover tasks.
• Assist with make-ready and unit turnover as needed.
