Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support repair, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance of our community properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure repairs meet property objectives and safety standards.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, assisting in make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and daily grounds care, while upholding EPA/OSHA requirements and providing strong customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to understand on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/turns for units.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked with supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and inspections.
