Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the on-site maintenance of our communities. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, performing unit make-ready tasks, maintaining pool areas and chemical logs, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance in common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with make-ready tasks to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain pool maintenance and water chemistry logs.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in inventory and record-keeping of maintenance tasks.
• On-call emergency at community as needed.
