The IT Support Specialist will troubleshoot, maintain, and administer Mac and Windows desktops and related equipment, while delivering strong customer service and ensuring system availability. Qualifications

• Associate of Science preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant IT work experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge supporting macOS/iOS/iPadOS/Linux/Windows and cross‑platform integration.
• Printer support experience with drivers and basic maintenance.
• Imaging concepts, imaging software, and MDM familiarity.
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and administer Mac OSX/Windows desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and resolve tickets.
• Configure and maintain Apple and Ethernet networks, projectors, and AV equipment.
• Inventory and assist in purchasing computer equipment; manage backups.
• Maintain badging system and printer infrastructure; assist with imaging workflows.
• Provide user support and document resolutions for future reference.
• Oversee software installation, upgrades, and desktop imaging.
• Notify users of maintenance impacts on system availability.
