American Heritage Schools is seeking an IT Support Specialist for its Broward campus. This on-site role involves maintaining Apple Mac environments, Windows workstations, and classroom devices, with a focus on fast issue resolution and user support.

Responsibilities include deploying images, managing backups, printers, and networked peripherals, and assisting with A/V systems. AAS preferred with 3–5 years in IT support; strong customer service required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant IT training accepted.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of macOS/iOS and Windows; cross‑platform support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Apple/Windows desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; respond to helpdesk tickets.
• Maintain backups, imaging, and deployment using MDM tools.
• Assist with printer setup, networked devices, and classroom A/V equipment.
• Provide user guidance and document resolutions for future reference.
