American Heritage Schools in Delray Beach, FL is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our in-person IT team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintaining, and administering the Apple Macintosh environment across the campus, covering hardware, software, and configurations.

The position involves desktop and user support, imaging, backups, and network connectivity, with collaboration across IT staff to ensure high reliability and excellent customer service for students and staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years IT work experience preferred.
• Extensive macOS/iOS/Linux/Windows knowledge and cross-platform integration.
• Experience with printer support including setup and configuration.
• Familiarity with imaging concepts, imaging software, and MDM.
• TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and LDAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and administer Mac OSX/Windows desktops, laptops, projectors, interactive boards, printers, iPads with specialized software.
• Resolve desktop hardware/software and connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot network printers and related issues.
• Manage backups and asset inventory.
• Handle helpdesk tickets via various channels with strong customer service.
