Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technology support for local office hardware, software and peripherals.
• Respond to calls, tickets, and emails; log issues and escalate when needed.
• Support Citrix-based applications and local installations.
• Assist with audiovisual setup and conference room tech.
• Maintain Firm security policies and practices.
