Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certifications required/in lieu.
• 4-5 years IT support experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Experience configuring, installing and maintaining PC operating systems and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support IT function for the Chicago office, including infrastructure, equipment, printers, A/V, telephones and mobile devices.
• Maintain white glove service for end-users, including VIPs, in Chicago.
• Provide reports on IT service issues to Global IT leaders and the Director of Administration.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, reliable IT experiences for end-users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, A/V and telephony issues.
• Maintain records of Service Desk interactions and assist analysts.
