Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dynamic HCM Sales Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to implementation. You will negotiate pricing, manage a growing pipeline, and drive quarterly results while traveling to client sites as required.

The role rewards proactive strategists with strong negotiation and presentation skills, backed by CRM experience and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications welcome.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills essential.
• Ability to manage multiple client opportunities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of service with prospective clients.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast; meet quotas.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and nurture relationships.
• Travel domestically to client sites, events, and training as needed.
• Prepare concise executive summaries and deliver effective client presentations.
