Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a dynamic HCM Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-gen opportunities. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to post-sale implementation—and negotiate terms of client service agreements while maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast.

You will travel domestically to client sites and events, build relationships across teams, and continually expand knowledge of HR

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale implementation.
• Negotiate pricing and scope of services with clients and finalize agreements.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast to meet quotas.
• Travel domestically to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in events.
