Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a dynamic HCM Business Consultant in Denver to identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities for payroll, HR technology, and benefits administration. You will manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to proposal, negotiation, and implementation—while building a robust CRM pipeline and maintaining client relationships.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present tailored HCM solutions, and travel domestically to meet with prospects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HCM or payroll sales experience.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the designated territory.
• Build referral relationships with brokers and channel partners.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present HCM solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms; coordinate implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast.
• Travel domestically as required.
