Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to drive new business in the Midwest. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, coordinate implementation teams, and maintain a robust pipeline to meet targets in a fast-paced HR technology environment.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with brokers, channel partners, and client executives, along with staying current on industry trends and competitive offerings. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• More than two years of HCM sales experience in a results-driven environment.
• Experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the designated HCM solutions territory.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, and other strategic partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and market research.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs, payroll/HR processes, and decision criteria.
• Prepare proposals, pricing options, and client presentations communicating the value of HCM solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, scope of services, and implementation timelines with sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and coordinate internal resources for onboarding.
