Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HCM Business Consultant to identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close deals with prospective clients. The role involves aggressive prospecting, negotiating pricing and scope, and ensuring accurate sales paperwork.

Expect frequent domestic travel and regular client meetings during implementation. You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast progress, and hit monthly and quarterly quotas using Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Maintain ownership of entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities and manage pipeline.
• Prepare concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Travel domestically for client visits, meetings, and events as required.
