The Business Sales Consultant, HCM drives new business opportunities and owns the full sales cycle from outreach through close, including coordinating internal resources for solution design, onboarding, and implementation.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of HCM sales experience.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales goals.
• Prior experience with payroll, PEO, HR technology, or benefits preferred.
• CRM tools experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory for HCM solutions.
• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with brokers, channel partners, centers of influence, and other strategic partners.
• Execute targeted prospecting strategies to access key decision makers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand business needs and decision criteria.
• Present HCM solutions and pricing options tailored to client needs.
