This customer‑facing role demands proactive communication and adherence to Service and Parts Standards to ensure exceptional experiences. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to travel with a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for necessary security

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring clear communication and professional conduct.
• Ability to travel and meet security/clearance requirements.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stay active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Field/Shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Provide accurate, efficient service and strengthen customer satisfaction.
