Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and maintain Canon-supported products. The role requires travel, on-site maintenance, and strong customer communication to meet service expectations.

You'll need a high school diploma, the ability to travel with a valid license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while staying active. A transportation allowance is provided as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies and protocols.
• Must be able to travel with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain security and/or other clearances as required by customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stay active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to manager product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and help meet branch targets.
