Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-level service and elevate efficiency in routine maintenance of Canon-supported products. You’ll report trends, perform on-site maintenance, and maintain records, ensuring compliance with Service and Parts Standards.

This customer-facing role requires travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to obtain required clearances. A valid driver’s license and a HS diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
• Security/other clearances may be required by customers to enter premises.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines and contribute to branch/ district metrics.
• Support adherence to Canon Service and Parts Standards.
