Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service for Canon-supported products across the United States. You will perform on-site maintenance, document service activities, and support customer satisfaction while keeping equipment operating at peak performance.

This customer-facing role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A 120-day introductory period and PDIF training are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and PDIF class.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain security/clearances required by customers.
• Must lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive on-site maintenance to meet customer needs.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong communication and customer satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and support branch targets.
• Contribute to achieving the district’s overall metric targets.
