Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site maintenance for Canon-supported products, ensuring service and parts standards are met. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, efficient service delivery, and accurate documentation as you report trends and issues to management.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, basic internet knowledge, travel capability with a valid license, readiness to obtain any required security clearances, and physical ability

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments is required.
• Ability to travel with valid license and driving record.
• Must complete security/clearance steps as required by customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with proper documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and equipment.
• Help achieve branch/district metric targets.
