Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer support and maintenance for Canon-supported products.

You will be responsible for on-site and shop maintenance, reporting issues, and maintaining accurate records while meeting high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and compliance with customer policies including COVID-19 measures.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies and COVID-19 related measures.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Contribute to meeting branch/district metric targets.
