Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and perform routine maintenance on Canon-supported products at customer sites. You will contribute to high service standards and efficiency while adhering to Service and Parts Standards.

This role requires travel, a valid driver's license, lifting up to 50 pounds, and sustaining active field presence. Compensation ranges at an hourly rate with benefits, and a transportation allowance may apply.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel and lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate customer sites and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and help branch targets.
