Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and efficiency in maintaining Canon-supported products. This customer-facing role requires travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to customer policies, including health-related protocols.

You will report on product issues, perform on-site maintenance, and keep detailed service and expense reports while upholding Canon standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• This is a customer-facing role with policies and protocols (including COVID-19 considerations).
• Must be able to travel with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active over 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
