Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support Dyess AFB projects in Texas.

This on-site role monitors contractor performance, ensures contract compliance, and supports delivery from pre-construction to closeout. The candidate will inspect construction activities, review submittals, and maintain quality through three-phase QA processes while coordinating with engineers, designers, and the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in large, complex construction projects.
• Federal DoD/USACE/AF data projects desired.
• Ability to review drawings, specs and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans, specs, schedules, and safety.
• Document project activities, contractor performance, and safety observations using RMS and PM systems.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or performance concerns.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and impact on progress.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Support project closeout activities and warranty tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
