Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support projects at Dyess AFB, TX.

The on-site role will monitor contractor performance, ensure contract compliance, verify construction quality, and support project delivery from pre-construction through closeout. The candidate will perform daily site inspections, review submittals, manage RFIs, and assist with closeout activities while maintaining documentation and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience with federal construction projects and DoD/USACE is a plus.
• Experience inspecting and monitoring construction quality, schedules, and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans, specs, schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Perform daily site inspections and document activities using RMS and other systems.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, QC plans, safety and environment plans, certifications, and progress schedules.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, REAs, and technical concerns.
• Conduct QA inspections across all phases and verify three-phase QC process.
