Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• Hands-on desktop or deskside support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS, hardware, printers and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support at workstations and on the manufacturing floor.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktop/laptop systems.
• Collaborate with production personnel, engineers, and leadership; escalate issues as needed.
