Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an on-site Tech Partner to deliver deskside support across facilities, imaging and deploying computers, and assisting with software installations and end-user training.

You will maintain on-site presence, perform health checks on printers and devices, and support onboarding of new hires with asset setup and policy guidance. Strong communication and independent troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• In-person deskside IT support in a corporate environment.
• Imaging, configuring, deploying computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Support software installations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform regular health checks on office IT equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
• Assist with end-user training and onboarding IT assets.

Responsibilities

• Create, receive, monitor, and resolve work tickets.
• Image, configure, deploy, and support computers, monitors, and mobile devices.
• Maintain on-site presence at designated days/locations.
• Install and support software per Schneider Electric standards.
• Perform health checks on office IT equipment and provide training as needed.
• Onboard new hires with asset setup, usage guidance, and policy reminders.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across environments.
• Manage access to networks and enterprise applications.
