Mobiz Inc is seeking a dependable Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support at a client’s production facility. You will troubleshoot hardware, install and configure OSs, deploy new workstations, and resolve basic network issues in a hands-on, safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in help desk or desktop support, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently on-site with limited supervision.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Endpoint Admin cert are highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues for PCs, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install and configure Windows/macOS and standard business applications.
• Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
• Assist with patching and cabling in data closets as needed.
• Support workstation moves, relocations, and hardware upgrades.
• Maintain accurate asset records and support documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on-site.
