Job summary

Global Power Components in Milwaukee is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 1–2 support across office and manufacturing environments. You will be the primary contact for end users, troubleshooting hardware/software and deploying devices for new hires.

The role requires strong customer service, bilingual English/Spanish, and solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, and device management. Onsite five days a week in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and AD administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via tickets, phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for office and manufacturing users.
• Image, deploy, and maintain laptops and desktops; onboard new hires.
• Assist with end-user access to business systems including Workday; document resolutions.
