Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support financial operations at a residential community. You will handle rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, and prepare monthly financial reports using Yardi or similar software.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in property management or related field; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, posts payments, and processes invoices.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata).
• Reviews accounts for delinquencies and enforces leases.
• Manages vendor invoices and payments.
