Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager by handling daily financial operations, rent collection, banking, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite.

This role requires 1-3 years of property management experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, strong communication, and detail orientation; a valid driver's license and ability to supervise on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, processes payments, and reconciles bank accounts daily.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains accurate financial records.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces lease terms.
• Prepares financial reports and processes invoices for payment.
• Coordinates with maintenance and supervises on-site tasks in the manager’s absence.
• Supports leasing and marketing activities as needed.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and retention through timely responsiveness.
