Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial operations of the community. You will handle rent collection, processing invoices, and preparing reports, using Yardi/OneSite, while ensuring compliance with lease terms and company policies.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management or related fields, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business management, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life or property management and related operations.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent, fees, and payments; prepares bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Uses property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and updates records accurately.
• Reviews resident accounts for delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and processes vendor invoices, codes charges, and maintains communication with owners.
