Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to support client sites in the Atlanta area. You will handle mail, copy, reception, hospitality, floor coordination and basic facilities tasks with a professional, customer‑centric approach.

Schedule varies across shifts (7:00 am–7:00 pm, Mon–Fri). Competitive hourly pay up to $19 plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Mon–Fri.

Aufgaben

• Mail services as metering, sorting and distributing mail and packages.
• Copy services including copy, print and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception duties: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: coordinate and maintain client conference rooms and kitchens.
• Floor coordination: stocking supplies and basic daily maintenance.
• Facilities services: small moves, notifications to client contacts about building issues.
