Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist to support multiple client sites in a defined geographic market. You will provide mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities services in a professional, client-facing environment.

The role requires working across shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with travel to Akron, OH as needed. A high school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs or greater.

Responsibilities

• Mail services: metering, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
• Copy services: producing copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Hospitality: manage conference rooms, kitchens, and supplies.
• Floor coordination: maintain copy rooms and stock supplies.
• Facilities services: light moves and building/ equipment coordination.
• Flexibility: weekly schedule changes and multiple locations.
