Constellation Brands in Atlanta, GA is seeking an On-Premise Execution Senior Specialist to drive local market execution and support ABP targets for the on-premise channel. You will collaborate with distributor management teams to enhance brand visibility and distribution across both draft and package formats.

The role reports to the On-Premise Market Execution Senior Manager and requires strong planning, relationship-building, and travel up to 20-30% within the market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years sales in malt beverage).
• 4+ years Retail Sales Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry (malt beverage preferred).
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook.
• Ability to travel 20-30% of working time, including up to 5 hours driving.
• Self-starter with strong planning, prioritization and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute local market on-premise strategies across assigned areas.
• Develop and execute local business plans with distributor partners.
• Drive distribution and availability of beer brands across the market.
• Manage relationships with owners, operators, and managers of local accounts.
• Report market activity and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
• Support development of localized on-premise plans and promotions.
• Coordinate with distributor partners to ensure brand initiatives are executed.
