Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. seeks a driven Aviator for a 12‑month immersive On Premise program in the Nashville region.

You will learn face‑to‑face sales, build relationships, and execute event activation standards across bars, restaurants, clubs, and festivals while reporting to the Regional On Premise Manager. You will grow the business by securing availability and visibility of Red Bull at POS and expanding distribution, with emphasis on learning, territory management, and brand

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships.
• Experience in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality or catering, marketing or sales.
• Navigation of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long‑term relationships with on premise accounts and build new partnerships.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and expand distribution, visibility, and execution.
• Represent the brand at bars, clubs, restaurants, events, and catering accounts.
• Analyze sales data to shape plans for customers and the territory.
• Manage accounts and implement On‑Premise sales and marketing strategies.
