Job summary

Red Bull is recruiting for an Aviator role in the United States, a 12-month immersive On Premise experience. You will learn face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and event activation standards across bars, clubs, restaurants, and festivals, reporting to a Regional On Premise Manager.

You will develop key customer relations and secure availability and visibility of Red Bull at the point of sale. You’ll strengthen relationships, negotiate partnerships, and learn strategies to expand

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CPG/sales.
• Experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering is advantageous.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on premise accounts and create new partnerships.
• Negotiate partnership terms and expand distribution, visibility and execution.
• Learn and apply On-Premise sales and marketing strategies for the region.
• Manage multiple accounts and ensure Red Bull presence at POS.
• Analyze sales data to shape plans for customers and territory.
