Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking an Aviator to immerse in a 12-month on-premise experience, learning face-to-face sales, relationship-building tactics, and event activation standards at bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality venues, catering, and festivals.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager and grow the business by developing strong customer relations and ensuring Red Bull’s availability and visibility at POS within your territory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Previous experience in CPG/sales via work experience or internships.
• Experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality or catering is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on-premise accounts and form partnerships with industry influencers.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements with venues and organizers.
• Expand distribution, visibility and execution in the market.
• Activate the brand at bars, restaurants, clubs, festivals and events.
• Analyze sales data to shape plans for customers and the territory.
