Job summary

Red Bull is offering a 12-month immersive Aviator program focused on face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and on-premise brand activation across bars, clubs, restaurants, and events. You will learn to manage accounts, secure product availability, and maximize Red Bull presence in your territory while representing a global brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG/sales through work experience or internships.
• Experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing or sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with existing on-premise accounts and create new partnerships.
• Learn and apply sales and negotiation strategies to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and expand distribution, visibility, and execution.
• Grow brand presence at bars, clubs, restaurants, events and catering accounts.
• Analyze sales data to inform plans for customers and territory.
• Manage multiple accounts and implement On-Premise sales strategies.
