Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an Aviator for a 12-month immersive experience in the On Premise world, focusing on face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and event activation across bars, clubs, restaurants, and festivals. You will develop customer relations, ensure availability and visibility at POS, and learn to manage accounts within your territory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Experience in CPG sales and beverage industry.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Navigation of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on-premise accounts and create new partnerships.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements.
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market.
• Bring the brand to life at restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and events.
• Analyze sales data to shape plans for customers and the territory.
• Manage multiple accounts and implement regional sales strategies.
• Set up coolers, point-of-sale materials, and brand activation infrastructure.
