Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a driven Aviator for a 12-month immersive On Premise program in the United States. You will learn face-to-face sales, build relationships, and secure Red Bull visibility at bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality venues, events, and festivals.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager and grow the business by developing key customer relationships across all On Premise segments. You will gain strategy for expanding distribution, manage multiple accounts, and execute

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG/sales is required.
• Experience in beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers
• Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing sales targets
• Negotiate partnership agreements
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market
• Bring the brand to life at the trendiest restaurants and bars, top clubs, major festivals, exclusive events, and in the extended On Premise universe of catering and food service accounts
• Analyze sales data to gain insights, shaping plans for customers and the territory
• Manage multiple accounts
• Implement On-Premise sales and marketing strategies tailored to your region
• Take a hands-on approach: set up coolers, infrastructure, and point-of-sale materials
• Build your personal reputation and learn how to represent the brand in a positive way
• Practice how to make a lasting first impression, and how to differentiate yourself from other sales reps
• Learn Red Bull’s Brand Personality Attributes, what they mean for you, and how they will guide you in daily customer interactions
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
• Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss
• Navigation of custom and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License
