Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. invites motivated individuals to join a 12-month immersive On Premise program as an Aviator. You will train in face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and event activation across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, and festivals.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager, expand the Red Bull presence, learn account management, and develop relationships while learning strategies for distribution, pricing, and visibility across your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) sales or related internships.
• Experience in beverage, hospitality, or catering sectors.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on-premise accounts and create partnerships with industry influencers.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull; surpass targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and expand distribution, visibility, and execution.
• Represent Red Bull at bars, clubs, restaurants, events, and festivals; manage accounts across the territory.
• Analyze sales data to shape plans for customers and territory.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and brand activation in key venues.
