Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an Aviator for a 12-month immersive On Premise experience in the New York area. You will learn face-to-face sales, build relationships, and execute brand strategies across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, and events.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager and drive availability and visibility of Red Bull at point-of-sale. You’ll strengthen partnerships, negotiate agreements, and expand distribution while learning to manage accounts across On Premise

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in beverage/CPG sales or hospitality helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with on-premise accounts.
• Negotiate partnerships and expand distribution.
• Learn and apply sales and negotiation tactics to increase earnings.
• Represent Red Bull at bars, restaurants, clubs, major events.
• Manage multiple accounts within the territory.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and displays.
• Analyze sales data to shape territory plans.
• Learn brand personality and ensure positive customer interactions.
