Job summary

Red Bull is offering a 12-month immersive Aviator program in the United States, focused on On Premise sales. You will learn face-to-face selling, relationship-building, execution methods and event activation standards across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, and festivals.

You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager and grow the business by building key customer relations and securing Red Bull visibility at point-of-sale.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• CPG/sales experience through work experience or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss.
• Navigation of Microsoft Office applications (MS Office).
• Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to satisfy the responsibilities of this job.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers.
• Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing sales targets.
• Negotiate partnership agreements.
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market.
• Bring the brand to life at the trendiest restaurants and bars, top clubs, major festivals, exclusive events, and catering and food service accounts.
• Analyze sales data to gain insights, shaping plans for customers and the territory.
